About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the daily running of the school site, ensuring that buildings, grounds and facilities are maintained to a high standard. You will play an important role in health and safety, site security and coordinating maintenance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the school premises.

• Carry out routine site inspections and identify repair requirements.

• Manage site security, including opening and closing the school.

• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed across the premises.

• Coordinate contractors and external maintenance providers.

• Respond to maintenance issues and support the smooth running of the school.
