The Role

The technician will work closely with teaching staff to prepare classrooms, workshops and materials ahead of lessons. Duties will include organising art supplies, preparing materials for design projects, maintaining equipment, checking stock and ensuring that tools and resources are stored correctly. You will also assist with setting up practical demonstrations, maintaining clean workspaces, carrying out basic equipment checks and supporting the general organisation of both departments.

Requirements

Previous experience in an Art or Design Technology department, workshop or similar technical environment would be beneficial.
