The school operates across a busy site, with teaching buildings, specialist classrooms, sports facilities and shared spaces used by pupils, staff and visitors throughout the day. Maintaining a safe, clean and functional environment is essential, and this role will help ensure that maintenance and facilities tasks are completed efficiently.
Working alongside the Site Manager and wider operations team, you’ll coordinate requests, monitor outstanding jobs and help ensure that the school remains compliant with relevant health and safety requirements.

You’ll be expected to:
Log, prioritise and monitor maintenance requests.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Liaise with contractors and arrange site visits.
Monitor contractor attendance and ensure relevant documentation is received.
Maintain records relating to inspections, servicing and compliance.

An enhanced DBS check will be required.
If you’re someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and keeping a busy environment running efficiently, this could be a great fit.
