About the role
You will support pupils with pastoral and academic needs, help monitor progress and engagement, and work with staff and families to identify appropriate support. You will encourage positive behaviour, attendance and participation in school life.

Experience supporting children or young people.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A calm, empathetic and consistent approach.
The ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
