The Role

The successful candidate will provide practical and organisational support across the Art and Design Technology departments. Responsibilities will include preparing materials and equipment for lessons, setting up practical activities, maintaining tools and resources, organising storage areas and monitoring stock levels. You will assist teachers with classroom preparation, help maintain clean and safe working spaces and ensure equipment is stored correctly after use. The role may also involve supporting displays of pupils' work and assisting with general departmental administration.

Requirements

The school is looking for someone who is creative, practical and well organised. Previous experience in an Art, Design Technology or workshop environment would be advantageous, although candidates with relevant practical skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered. An awareness of health and safety procedures is important.
