A well-established secondary school in Greenwich is looking to appoint a highly organised Data and Exams Officer to support its assessment and examinations functions. The school is committed to monitoring pupil progress effectively and ensuring that examinations are coordinated to a high standard.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a range of administrative responsibilities relating to school data, assessments and public examinations. Duties will include maintaining accurate pupil information, managing examination entries, coordinating examination timetables, preparing seating plans and organising examination materials. You will also assist with assessment data collection, produce reports for teaching staff and senior leaders, update the school's management information system and ensure examination deadlines are met.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in school administration, examinations or data management. Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, are essential, alongside excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines. Familiarity with school management information systems and examination procedures would be highly desirable.
