A secondary school in Barnet is seeking a Geography Teacher who can bring places, people and global issues into the classroom. The school is looking for someone who can make geographical learning engaging and help pupils connect what they study with the world around them.

About the Role
You will teach Geography across KS3 and KS4, covering physical and human Geography. You’ll plan lessons, develop pupils’ fieldwork and analytical skills, assess progress and prepare pupils for examinations.
You will also contribute to curriculum planning and department activities.
What We’re Looking For
QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Strong Geography subject knowledge
Experience teaching in a secondary school
Effective classroom management
An engaging and organised approach to teaching
