About the Role

You will teach Psychology at the relevant examination level, covering theories, research methods and applications. You’ll plan and deliver lessons, assess pupil work, monitor progress and prepare pupils for examinations.

You will also contribute to curriculum planning and support pupils in developing clear, evidence-based arguments.

What We’re Looking For

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Strong Psychology subject knowledge

• Experience teaching Psychology in a secondary setting

• Effective classroom management

• The ability to explain complex concepts clearly and encourage thoughtful discussion
