A specialist primary learning provision in Warwick is seeking a compassionate and adaptable SEND Teacher to join its team as soon as possible. The school supports children with a range of additional learning needs and is looking for someone who can deliver personalised teaching, build confidence and help pupils achieve meaningful progress.

The Role

• Teach a small primary class with a range of additional learning needs.

• Adapt the curriculum and prepare individualised learning activities.

• Work towards pupils' individual targets and support their communication, independence and social development.

• Use appropriate strategies to manage sensory, behavioural and learning needs.

• Collaborate with teaching assistants, families and other professionals.

The Candidate

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Has experience or a genuine interest in supporting pupils with SEND.

• Demonstrates patience, flexibility and strong communication skills.

• Can adapt teaching approaches to suit individual needs.

• Is committed to creating a safe and positive learning environment.
