An active school in Huddersfield is seeking a PE Teacher for maternity cover. The role would suit someone who enjoys delivering practical lessons and encouraging pupils to participate in sport and physical activity.
School:
The school recognises the importance of physical education in supporting pupils’ wellbeing, teamwork and personal development. It is looking for a teacher who can contribute to its PE department and wider extracurricular provision.
Role:
You will deliver PE lessons, assess pupil progress and support pupils in developing their practical skills. You will also help maintain a safe learning environment and encourage participation across a range of activities.
Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification and have strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
Salary:
MPS/UPS, dependent on experience.
