An ambitious school in Manchester is seeking a History Teacher to join its department from January 2027. The role would suit someone who enjoys helping pupils develop their historical knowledge and analytical skills.

School:
The school is committed to maintaining high expectations and providing a broad curriculum that encourages curiosity and independent thinking. The successful candidate will join a department that values subject knowledge and collaborative planning.

Role:
You will plan and deliver History lessons, assess pupil progress and support students with examination preparation. You will also encourage pupils to analyse historical evidence and develop well-supported arguments.

Ideal Candidate:
You will hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification and have strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.

Salary:
MPS/UPS, dependent on experience.
