A supportive school in Leeds is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to help pupils with additional needs access learning and develop independence. The role would suit someone who is patient, adaptable and committed to supporting pupils’ individual progress.

School:
The school aims to provide an inclusive environment where pupils feel supported and encouraged to achieve their potential. Staff work together to help pupils access learning and develop confidence in their abilities.

Role:
You will provide classroom and individual support, help adapt activities and work closely with teaching staff. You will also encourage pupils to participate in lessons and develop positive learning routines.

Ideal Candidate:
You will have experience supporting children or young people with additional needs and be confident building positive relationships.

Salary:
Competitive, dependent on experience.
