A friendly school in Burton-on-Trent is looking for a Teaching Assistant to help pupils engage confidently with their learning. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a classroom team.

School:
The school is focused on creating a positive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to participate and develop their skills. It is looking for a reliable member of staff who can support teachers and contribute to the smooth running of lessons.

Role:
You will assist with classroom activities, provide support to individuals and small groups, and help pupils remain engaged with their work. You will also work alongside teachers to reinforce learning and encourage positive behaviour.

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have good communication skills, patience and an interest in supporting children’s development. Previous classroom experience would be beneficial.
