An inclusive school in Worcester is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide consistent support for pupils with additional learning needs. The role would suit someone who is patient, adaptable and committed to helping pupils develop confidence and independence.

School:
The school works to ensure that pupils with additional needs are supported to access learning and participate in school life. Staff work collaboratively to provide a structured and encouraging environment that recognises individual needs.

Role:
You will provide individual and small-group support, help adapt learning activities and work closely with teachers to implement appropriate support strategies. You will also encourage pupils to develop independence and engage positively with classroom routines.

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have experience supporting children or young people with additional needs and be able to build positive, consistent relationships.

Salary:
Competitive, dependent on experience.
