We are working with a supportive primary school in Birmingham that is looking to welcome an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant into its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop their confidence.

The School

The school provides a nurturing learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

The Role

You will provide classroom support and work closely with pupils who have additional learning needs. The role will involve adapting activities, supporting engagement and helping pupils develop academically and socially.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN.

  • A patient and understanding approach to learning.

  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.

  • A genuine commitment to helping pupils succeed.

Salary

Competitive, depending on experience.
