• Teaching Levels: KS3–KS5

About the Role

The successful candidate will teach Business across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 teaching where appropriate. You will cover a range of topics including marketing, finance, business operations and enterprise, using relevant examples and case studies to bring learning to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.

• Develop students' commercial awareness and understanding of business concepts.

• Use varied teaching strategies to support different abilities and learning needs.

• Assess progress, provide constructive feedback and support students in achieving their targets.

• Maintain high standards of behaviour and create a positive learning environment.

• Work closely with colleagues to support curriculum development and departmental success.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Has strong subject knowledge in Business Studies.

• Demonstrates effective classroom management and communication skills.

• Can make complex business concepts accessible and engaging.

• Is enthusiastic, organised and committed to student achievement.
