The Role
Position: Business Teacher
Location: Coventry
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Teaching Levels: KS3–KS5
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Business lessons across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 teaching where appropriate.
Teach key topics including marketing, finance, business operations and enterprise.
Use real-world examples and case studies to make learning relevant and accessible.
Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet different abilities and learning needs.
Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes participation and high standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum planning and student achievement.
About the Successful Candidate
The school is looking for a teacher who holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification and has strong subject knowledge in Business Studies. You should be confident managing a classroom, communicating complex concepts clearly and motivating students to achieve their potential.
