A forward-thinking secondary academy in Wisbech is looking to appoint a Computer Science Teacher from January 2027. The school wants an educator who can develop students' programming skills, encourage logical thinking and help young people understand the technology shaping the modern world.

The Role

  • Teach Computer Science across KS3 and KS4.

  • Deliver lessons on programming, algorithms and computer systems.

  • Develop students' computational thinking and problem-solving.

  • Prepare GCSE learners for practical and written assessments.

  • Contribute to digital learning and curriculum enrichment.

The Candidate

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Has confident knowledge of Computer Science.

  • Can teach programming concepts clearly.

  • Encourages independent thinking and practical learning.

  • Is committed to high standards of teaching and learning.

The Environment
