The school is looking for someone who can deliver challenging and engaging lessons, encourage a love of literature and help students develop sophisticated written and analytical skills.

The Role

  • Teach English Language and Literature across KS3–KS5.

  • Deliver challenging lessons covering poetry, prose, drama and non-fiction.

  • Develop students' analytical writing and independent interpretation skills.

  • Prepare examination groups for GCSE and A-Level assessments.

  • Contribute to curriculum development and wider academic enrichment.

The Candidate

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
