About the Role

Wayman Education is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for specialist and mainstream education settings in Coventry. These opportunities are suited to individuals who are passionate about helping children and young people overcome barriers to learning.

The School

The schools provide supportive learning environments where pupils receive tailored guidance to develop their confidence, independence and educational progress.

The Role

  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support.

  • Assist pupils with additional learning needs.

  • Support classroom activities and individual learning plans.

  • Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN.

  • A patient, flexible and nurturing approach.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Relevant qualifications or training are advantageous.
