About the Role

Wayman Education is seeking a skilled Design & Technology Teacher for a secondary school in Rugby. The role is suited to a teacher who enjoys practical learning, design innovation and helping pupils develop technical skills.

The School

The school encourages pupils to develop practical confidence, creativity and problem-solving abilities through a broad curriculum.

The Role

  • Teach Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4.

  • Deliver practical lessons and design projects.

  • Support GCSE coursework and examination preparation.

  • Promote safe working practices and effective workshop management.

The Ideal Candidate

  • QTS with a Design & Technology specialism.

  • Strong practical and technical subject knowledge.

  • Experience delivering GCSE D&T.

  • A creative and organised approach to teaching.

Salary

MPS/UPS, dependent on experience.
