About the Role

Wayman Education is working with secondary schools and sixth form settings in Birmingham seeking a Psychology Teacher. This opportunity is suited to teachers who enjoy exploring human behaviour, research methods and psychological theory.

The School

The schools aim to provide an engaging academic environment that supports pupils' progression into further education and university.

The Role

  • Deliver Psychology lessons at KS5.

  • Teach psychological theories, research methods and applied topics.

  • Support examination preparation and independent study.

  • Encourage analytical thinking and evidence-based discussion.

The Ideal Candidate

  • QTS with a Psychology or related specialism.

  • Experience teaching A-Level Psychology.

  • Strong knowledge of relevant specifications.

  • A commitment to developing pupils' academic skills.

Salary

MPS/UPS, depending on experience.
