About the Role

Wayman Education is working with secondary schools in Stoke-on-Trent seeking a Business Studies Teacher. This opportunity is ideal for a teacher who enjoys connecting classroom learning with real-world business, enterprise and economics.

The School

The schools aim to equip pupils with the knowledge and skills needed for further education, employment and future career opportunities.

The Role

  • Teach Business Studies across KS4 and, where applicable, KS5.

  • Deliver engaging lessons covering enterprise, finance and business operations.

  • Support GCSE and A-Level examination preparation.

  • Develop pupils' analytical and commercial awareness.

The Ideal Candidate

  • QTS with a Business Studies or related specialism.

  • Strong knowledge of relevant examination specifications.

  • Confident delivering engaging, real-world lessons.

  • A commitment to pupil achievement.

Salary

MPS/UPS, depending on experience.
