Wayman Education is working with secondary schools in Northampton seeking a creative and enthusiastic Art & Design Teacher. This opportunity is suited to a teacher who enjoys developing pupils' artistic skills, confidence and individual expression.

The Role
Teach Art & Design across KS3 and KS4.
Deliver practical lessons across a range of media and techniques.
Support GCSE coursework and portfolio development.
Encourage creativity, experimentation and critical evaluation.
The Ideal Candidate
QTS with an Art or Art & Design specialism.
Strong practical subject knowledge.
Experience supporting GCSE Art pupils.
A creative and adaptable approach to teaching.
Salary
MPS/UPS, depending on experience.
