About the Role

Wayman Education is working with secondary schools in Wolverhampton seeking a passionate Geography Teacher. This is an opportunity to encourage pupils to develop an understanding of the world, environmental issues and the relationship between people and places.

The School

The schools aim to provide an inclusive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to ask questions, develop independent thinking and engage with real-world issues.

The Role

  • Teach Geography across KS3 and KS4.

  • Deliver lessons covering physical and human geography.

  • Support GCSE examination preparation.

  • Develop pupils' geographical knowledge and analytical skills.

The Ideal Candidate

  • QTS with a Geography specialism.

  • Strong curriculum knowledge.

  • Confident classroom management.

  • Enthusiasm for fieldwork and contemporary geographical issues.

Salary

MPS/UPS, depending on experience.
