About the Role

Wayman Education is working with secondary schools in Derby looking to appoint enthusiastic Chemistry Teachers. These opportunities are suited to teachers who enjoy developing pupils' understanding of scientific principles and preparing them for future academic success.

The Role

  • Teach Chemistry across KS3 and KS4.

  • Deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons.

  • Support GCSE Chemistry revision and examination preparation.

  • Encourage scientific enquiry and independent thinking.

The Ideal Candidate

  • QTS with a Chemistry or Science specialism.

  • Strong knowledge of the GCSE curriculum.

  • Confident classroom practitioner.

  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching.

Salary

MPS/UPS, depending on experience.
