Our client is searching for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Psychology Teacher to join their successful school in Peterborough from January. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher who has a genuine interest in the subject and wants to encourage students to develop a deeper understanding of human behaviour, psychological theories and research methods.

The successful Psychology Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons across KS4 and KS5, helping students develop the analytical and evaluative skills required to achieve excellent examination results. The school is looking for an individual who can make complex psychological concepts accessible through relevant examples, interactive discussions, independent research and effective assessment strategies.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Psychology Teacher with the ability to teach KS4 and KS5.

• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of psychological theories and research methods.

• Experience preparing students for GCSE and/or A-Level examinations desirable.

• Formal teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE.

• Experienced teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply.

• Overseas-trained teachers with formal teaching qualifications considered.
