About the Role

Wayman Education is seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to deliver engaging lessons covering physical geography, human geography and environmental issues. The successful candidate will help students understand the world around them and develop their analytical and geographical enquiry skills.

The School

The school is committed to inclusive teaching and supporting students to become confident, independent learners. The Geography department aims to make learning relevant through discussion, investigation and real-world examples.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Has experience teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4.

  • Can explain complex concepts clearly and engage different learners.

  • Is committed to positive behaviour management and student achievement.
