Role Overview

The School Caretaker will assist with the daily opening and closing of the premises, carry out general maintenance, monitor site security, and help ensure the school buildings and outdoor areas are maintained to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will be organised, observant, and able to work independently while responding to maintenance requests and supporting the wider school team.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and secure school buildings and access points as required.

• Carry out routine inspections of the premises and grounds.

• Report significant maintenance issues and potential hazards.

• Support deliveries, room setups, and school events when required.
