Wayman Education is looking to speak with Computer Science Teachers interested in opportunities in Northampton. This role would suit a teacher who can develop students' understanding of programming, computational thinking and digital technology.

The School

The opportunity would suit an educator who enjoys making technical concepts accessible and preparing students with skills for further study and future careers.

The Role

  • Teach Computer Science across the relevant key stages.

  • Deliver lessons covering programming and core computing concepts.

  • Support students with practical tasks and examination preparation.

  • Assess progress and adapt teaching to meet different learning needs.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Has relevant Computer Science teaching experience.

  • Demonstrates sound technical and subject knowledge.

  • Can deliver engaging lessons with clear learning objectives.

Salary

MPS/UPS, depending on experience.
