Wayman Education is seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teacher for an opportunity in Birmingham. This role would suit a teacher who can adapt learning to individual needs and help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.

The School

The opportunity is suited to an educator who values inclusive practice, clear routines and building positive relationships with pupils.

The Role

  • Plan and deliver lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs.

  • Adapt resources and teaching strategies to support learning.

  • Monitor progress against individual learning targets.

  • Work with colleagues and relevant professionals to support pupils.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Has experience supporting pupils with additional needs.

  • Demonstrates patience, flexibility and effective classroom management.

  • Is committed to inclusive education and pupil development.

Salary

MPS/UPS, depending on experience.
