Wayman Education is seeking a creative and dedicated Art & Design Teacher for a secondary school in Wolverhampton. This is an opportunity to inspire students to experiment with different techniques, develop their artistic skills and express their ideas with confidence.

The School

The school is looking for a teacher who can encourage creativity while maintaining clear expectations and a purposeful learning environment.

The Role

  • Teach Art & Design across the relevant key stages.

  • Plan practical and theory-based lessons.

  • Support students in developing portfolios and creative projects.

  • Monitor progress and prepare students for assessments.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Has experience teaching Art & Design at secondary level.

  • Can demonstrate strong practical subject knowledge.

  • Encourages creativity, independence and student engagement.

Salary

MPS/UPS, depending on experience.
