Wayman Education is looking to speak with Psychology Teachers interested in opportunities in Birmingham. This role would suit a teacher who can engage students with psychological theories, research methods and the study of human behaviour.

The School

The opportunity is suited to an educator who values analytical thinking, structured learning and helping students develop confidence with academic concepts.

The Role

  • Teach Psychology at the relevant secondary and post-16 levels.

  • Deliver engaging lessons on psychological theories and research.

  • Support students with examination technique and extended responses.

  • Assess learning and provide clear, constructive feedback.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Has experience teaching Psychology at the required level.

  • Demonstrates strong subject knowledge.

  • Can support students with analytical and evaluative skills.

Salary

MPS/UPS, depending on experience.
