Wayman Education is seeking a knowledgeable Business Studies Teacher for a secondary school in Nottingham. This opportunity is suited to an educator who can bring business concepts to life and prepare students to apply their learning to real-world situations.

The School

The school is looking for a teacher who can support academic progress while helping students develop commercial awareness and critical-thinking skills.

The Role

  • Teach Business Studies across the relevant key stages.

  • Plan lessons covering key business concepts and applications.

  • Prepare students for assessments and examinations.

  • Encourage discussion, analysis and independent learning.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Has experience teaching Business Studies.

  • Can explain complex concepts clearly.

  • Has high expectations for student progress and behaviour.

Salary

MPS/UPS, depending on experience.
