Wayman Education is looking for an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Leicester. The successful candidate will help students explore scientific concepts, develop practical skills and build a strong understanding of the subject.

The School

This opportunity would suit a teacher who enjoys making science accessible, engaging and relevant to students of different abilities.

The Role

  • Teach Science across the relevant key stages.

  • Deliver well-structured lessons in line with the curriculum.

  • Encourage scientific enquiry and independent thinking.

  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching accordingly.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Has a strong background in Science.

  • Can create an engaging and well-managed classroom.

  • Is committed to student progress and achievement.

Salary

MPS/UPS, depending on experience.
