Wayman Education is seeking an enthusiastic Design & Technology Teacher for a school in the South Birmingham area. This is an opportunity for a dedicated teacher to support students in developing their practical skills, creativity and understanding of design and technology.

The Role

• Teach Design & Technology across the relevant key stages.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ practical and creative skills.

• Support students in developing their subject knowledge and confidence.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Contribute to a positive learning environment and work collaboratively with colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Has experience teaching Design & Technology in a secondary school setting.

• Can deliver engaging, well-structured lessons.

• Has strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Is committed to supporting students’ progress and achievement.
