Promoting Excellent Teaching: Champion engaging lessons that bring novels, poetry, drama and language to life while developing students’ analytical and creative skills.
Creating an Inclusive Classroom Experience: Ensure students of different abilities and backgrounds feel supported, motivated and able to succeed.
Contributing to School Improvement: Work with colleagues and senior leaders to strengthen teaching, learning and the wider educational experience.

You will ideally have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in English or a related subject.
