We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of English to join a high-performing secondary school in Wolverhampton from January 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who can inspire pupils, build confidence in literacy and deliver engaging English lessons across the secondary age range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across relevant key stages.

  • Support pupils in developing their reading, writing and analytical skills.

  • Assess progress and adapt teaching to meet pupils’ needs.

  • Contribute to the wider English department and school community.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Strong subject knowledge in English.

  • Effective classroom and behaviour management.

  • A commitment to high standards and pupil progress.
