About the Role

The successful candidate will deliver engaging Business lessons that connect theoretical concepts with real-world examples. You will help students understand how organisations operate, explore financial decision-making and develop the analytical skills needed to evaluate business opportunities and challenges.

Responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality Business lessons in line with the curriculum.

• Teaching topics such as marketing, finance, business operations and enterprise.

• Using relevant case studies and practical examples to bring concepts to life.

• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.

• Differentiating lessons to support students with varying abilities and learning needs.

• Maintaining positive classroom behaviour and high expectations.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop resources and improve teaching practice.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies or a related discipline.

• The ability to make business concepts engaging and accessible.

• Effective classroom management and communication skills.

• A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and student achievement.
