Wayman Education is looking to connect a talented MFL Teacher with a school seeking to develop pupils' confidence in languages, communication and cultural understanding.

The School

This high-expectations secondary school aims to deliver a broad, engaging curriculum that prepares pupils for future study and employment. The school values strong teaching, professional development and collaboration across departments.

The Role

  • Teach French, Spanish or another language within your specialism.

  • Deliver lessons across KS3 and KS4.

  • Develop pupils' speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.

  • Prepare pupils for language assessments and GCSE examinations where applicable.

  • Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies.

  • Support enrichment activities that promote language learning.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Has strong subject knowledge in at least one MFL subject.

  • Has experience teaching languages at secondary level.

  • Can build pupils' confidence in spoken and written communication.

  • Is committed to high standards and inclusive teaching.

Salary

MPS/UPS, dependent on experience.
