We are looking for a committed Teacher of Religious Education to join a school in Liverpool from January 2027.

This role would suit a passionate educator who can deliver thought-provoking lessons, encourage respectful discussion and help pupils develop their understanding of different religions, beliefs and ethical perspectives.

• Planning and delivering engaging Religious Education lessons.

• Exploring religious beliefs, practices and ethical questions.

• Encouraging critical thinking, discussion and independent learning.

• Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.

• Creating an inclusive classroom where pupils feel confident sharing ideas respectfully.

👤 What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Strong subject knowledge in Religious Education.

• Effective classroom management and communication skills.

• The ability to encourage thoughtful discussion and debate.

• A commitment to inclusive teaching and high academic standards.
