The Role

• Teach PE across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach KS5 where appropriate.

• Deliver engaging practical lessons that develop students' physical skills, teamwork and sporting knowledge.

• Plan and assess lessons in line with curriculum expectations.

• Contribute to extracurricular sport, fixtures and enrichment activities.

• Promote positive behaviour, participation and a safe learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Has experience teaching PE within a secondary school.

• Can deliver engaging lessons across a range of sporting activities.

• Demonstrates strong behaviour management and communication skills.

• Is enthusiastic about promoting participation and achievement in sport.

Salary

MPS/UPS, depending on experience.
