Wayman Education supports teachers in finding roles that reflect their expertise and professional goals. We are seeking a confident Mathematics specialist who can support pupils in developing their statistical understanding and analytical skills.

The School

A secondary school with a focus on academic progress, numeracy and developing pupils' confidence with data and problem-solving.

The Role

  • Deliver Statistics lessons at the appropriate key stages.

  • Teach data handling, probability, statistical analysis and interpretation.

  • Support pupils with examination preparation and problem-solving techniques.

  • Assess progress and adapt lessons to address learning gaps.

The Ideal Candidate

  • QTS with a Mathematics or Statistics specialism.

  • Strong subject knowledge and analytical skills.

  • Able to explain complex concepts clearly.

  • Committed to supporting pupils of different abilities.
