About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging mathematics lessons that make challenging concepts accessible and encourage students to think independently. The successful candidate will create a positive learning environment where pupils are motivated to participate, develop their skills and make consistent progress.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the mathematics curriculum.

• Explaining mathematical concepts clearly and using varied teaching strategies.

• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.

• Adapting lessons to support different abilities and individual learning needs.

• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom engagement.

• Working with colleagues to share resources and develop effective teaching approaches.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Strong mathematical subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching.

• Effective classroom management and communication skills.

• The ability to motivate pupils and build confidence in mathematical learning.

• A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and continued professional development.

Experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers with the relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
