A well-established school in Newbury is seeking a highly organised Educational Visits Coordinator to support the planning and administration of school trips, enrichment activities and off-site visits. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator who enjoys coordinating logistics and understands the importance of thorough preparation when organising activities involving pupils.

About the Role

You will work closely with teaching staff and school leaders to coordinate educational visits and ensure the relevant administrative and safety procedures are completed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating trip bookings, transport, accommodation and activity arrangements.

• Maintaining records of proposed and approved educational visits.

• Collecting consent forms and relevant pupil information.

• Liaising with parents, staff, transport providers and external venues.

• Supporting the completion and checking of risk assessments and visit documentation.

• Monitoring deadlines, payments and essential paperwork ahead of each visit.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in administration, event coordination or travel planning.

• School or educational visits experience is highly desirable.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with different stakeholders.

• A careful, methodical approach to documentation and safety procedures.

An enhanced DBS check will be required in line with the role.
