Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join its secondary school in King's Lynn from January. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about Mathematics and wants to help students develop secure knowledge, effective problem-solving strategies and confidence in their ability to succeed.

The successful candidate will deliver Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering topics appropriate to each year group's curriculum and learning needs. The school is looking for a teacher who can break down complex concepts, model mathematical processes clearly and provide students with regular opportunities to practise, apply and consolidate their learning.

The role will include planning lessons, assessing student understanding, providing feedback and supporting pupils who need additional guidance. The successful teacher will also help prepare students for GCSE examinations by developing their familiarity with examination questions, mathematical reasoning and effective problem-solving techniques.

Experience and Qualifications

• Maths Teacher able to teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4.

• Degree or relevant academic background in Mathematics or a related discipline.

• Recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE with QTS or equivalent.

• Ability to deliver clear, engaging and well-structured lessons.

• Understanding of differentiation, assessment and effective intervention strategies.

• Experience supporting students with different abilities and learning needs.

• Strong behaviour management and organisational skills.

• Legal eligibility to work in the UK.
