A primary school in Wymondham is seeking a Year 4 Teacher to join its teaching team. The successful candidate will support pupils in strengthening core skills while encouraging curiosity and participation across foundation subjects.

The Role

• Curriculum Leadership: Plan and deliver lessons across the Year 4 curriculum.

• Core Skills: Develop reading comprehension, written accuracy and mathematical reasoning.

• Foundation Subjects: Deliver engaging learning in science, history, geography, computing and other curriculum areas.

• Assessment and Feedback: Track progress and identify pupils who require intervention.

• Classroom Culture: Establish clear routines and encourage positive learning behaviours.

The Candidate

• Qualifications: Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Curriculum Knowledge: Understands lower Key Stage 2 expectations.

• Inclusive Teaching: Can differentiate lessons and provide suitable challenge.

• Professional Collaboration: Works effectively with support staff and colleagues.
