Wayman Education is seeking a committed English Teacher to join a secondary school in Crewe. The successful candidate will help pupils develop confidence in reading, writing and communication while preparing them for the next stage of their education.

The Role

  • Teach English across KS3 and KS4.

  • Deliver lessons in English Language and Literature.

  • Develop pupils' written expression, comprehension and analytical skills.

  • Assess progress and provide constructive feedback.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS in English or is an ECT.

  • Has strong subject knowledge and classroom-management skills.

  • Can differentiate lessons to support varied abilities.

  • Is enthusiastic about improving literacy and academic outcomes.
