A secondary academy in Wymondham is seeking a Spanish Teacher to join its languages department. The successful candidate will help pupils develop communication skills, build grammatical accuracy and gain confidence using Spanish in a range of contexts.
The Role
Teach Spanish across KS3 and KS4.
Develop pupils' listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
Teach grammar and vocabulary through structured modelling and practice.
Prepare GCSE classes for written and speaking assessments.
Use assessment to monitor progress and plan appropriate intervention.
Contribute to language enrichment and departmental planning.
The Candidate
Holds QTS and has strong Spanish subject knowledge.
Can make language learning accessible and engaging.
Encourages active participation and regular spoken practice.
Has effective classroom management and organisational skills.
