The Opportunity

A school in Croydon is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to support the daily running of its premises and ensure the site remains safe, secure and well presented.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance and security of the school, helping create a positive environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

Your duties will include:

• Managing opening, locking and security procedures.

• Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs.

• Monitoring the condition of buildings and grounds.

• Arranging contractor access and overseeing maintenance visits.

• Completing site checks and reporting faults.

• Supporting health and safety procedures.

• Helping prepare the premises for school events and activities.
